Eligibility for Return or Exchange

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Customized or specially ordered items.
- Items returned without prior approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
